Satisfied with the college

The course curriculum is really good as it gives us an insight on various medical fields and not only about physiotherapy. The faculties are well trained and experienced . The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. We were taught by the medical doctors for the subjects that are dealt by their experience in the hospitals mostly so as for us to understand and gain more knowledge in their fields and course. The quality of teaching is very good. The curriculum of the course is much relevant and it does make the students industry ready. The semester exams are mostly based on the curriculum and previous year papers. The pass percentage of the exams are 50% and the pass percentage of the students taking the exams(in terms of population) are about 90%.

Internships in BPT are done in the SRM hospital and stipends are not provided during or after internships. Students are asked to make a research project based on their field of intrest in their final year which enhances their resume and thinking ability.

Placements are good in my college. They conduct interviews for the interested students. After getting my BPT degree,I am planning to go for work. The maximum package the company offers is around 20000 Rs

The fee structure in Bpt is about 175000 excluding books and exam fees. Fee structure for NRI is double the price. The students who are in need are given scholarships for studying as well as accomodation. Job opportunities within the campus is accessible for the students depending on their eligibility. There are many scholarship like Perambalur constituency, agaram, pudhiya thalaimurai etc.. Stipends are not given for students for their internship.

Campus Life is good. As there are many students coming from different places, states and countries , learning about them, their language, their culture is fantastic.There are several mordern amenities in the classroom. There are many clubs formed by the students to increase one's talent. I had joined in the literary as well as the rubix cube club We would get to know a lot of people there too. Libraries include various kinds of books and journals among the medical field in order for the students to gain enormous knowledge. International journals are available too .

Every hostel has its own range of features and conveniency that is different from the other hostels which differs the cost of accomodation and food The quality of meals provided are excellent We are provided with breakfast/lunch/snacks and dinner held in a buffet system The food provided is vegetarian except for Wednesdays and Sundays where non vegetarian food is also provided Ice-cream are provided twice a week.

The batch of 2020 can do an online/offline (At University building) application and admission process in order to enroll in BPT due to covid -19 . The eligibility for BPT is to score atleast 50% in physics, chemistry and biology in 12th standard and 50% in science in 10th standard.
