Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is derived from Bangalore University and is based on NEP. It ensures mastery of the core subjects and a good knowledge of other relevant subjects. The student-faculty ratio is 1:12. Therefore all students are given plenty of opportunities and attention. The teaching methods are innovative and supportive of the latest trends in student understanding. Exams were based on the Bangalore University timetable and were pretty simple to pass. BBA has been a good course that aligns with my interests. The assignments are structured to give us corporate experience and help us develop our skills.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered in the 5th semester and placements are offered in the 6th semester. The companies that come to our college every year include Star Agile, Decathlon, Bluestone, etc. The projects are based on the specialization chosen by students.
Placement Experience
Placements are institutionalized and a dedicated COC team will help students get placed. 100% placement is available. Companies like Tata Nexus, Decathlon, Star Agile and Bluestone come for placements every year. My plans include getting work experience after my degree. 6th semester students go through the process and the average package offered for a fresher is 5 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike policy is based on inflation rates. They are pretty justified. The rate of increase is disclosed beforehand. Our course fee for my batch is 575000 but it is updated for this year. The hostel fee follows the same rule. The financial assistance I shall be receiving in my second year is based on my merit record. Job assistance shall be provided at the end of my course.
Campus Life
Life on campus is diverse and busy. Our annual fests include Marketing premier league, Ignito Buzz, and Busi Buzz. Other important events include TEDx which happens every year. Sports is both a part of the curriculum and an extracurricular activity. We are also coming up with a new sports zone. Clubs are run by students and all our fests are student driven and overseen by faculty. Social media accounts are managed by students and faculty together.

Admission
The eligibility criteria includes academics upto 70% and a suitable attitude. A personal interview in front of a panel of 2 decides your eligibility. The application form is available on the website for a fee of 1200. There are scholarship categories based on merit, caste and defence. I didn't avail any reservation benefits but was eligible for the merit scholarship which shall be availed in my second year. An entrance test has been added this year which tests your aptitude. The overall judgement is done by the faculty based on an objective view and a set of standards.
Interview Experience
I faced an interview to qualify for the course. I was tested based on my general knowledge and brief knowledge of the business world. The process was online for me as there was a lockdown during the time. It is best to prepare for it by just having general knowledge and a good sense of logical understanding.
