About college life

Nothing bad i can say about my college just one thing 5th year subject shall be taught in the 3rd year ad most 5th year dubjects are helpful during the internships i think the college has changed it too so way to go NLC and proud to be a student of New La

Frankly no companies came to our college for internship offers, this is what i have seen so far to be honest one has to apply for internship in order to secure the areas of interest personally i did internships in almost all fields of law till 3rd year and after that i decided to go for a particular fiels in which i can nurture and go without any doubt in my mind.

Placements are quite decent in our college and the opportunities are quite good. Though people get a decent packages but good firms can give you a rwally good experience. It has always been a well known fact that each and every person has to struggle for 2 3 years, which is a must for every oerson as this is how he will learn so do not only depend upon college placements, look out for jobs on your own too, perform well during internships to get a PPO.

Well in our college everday was like an event we had a really good and talented cultural team and i too was a part of it we participated in each and every event be it dance, drama fashion show, moot court, etc and yes we won many times. We have our college feat in march end of every year and celebrities come and give us the awards secured throughout rhe year bu our college when though this sounds fun but be aware of the college politics. It is very well present in such events.

The fee is not a problem at all it was yearly and total in my time was 40,000 for bba llb/ year and 17,000 ba llb/ year although it has now been increased to 60,000/ year for bba llb and around 25 30,000 for ba llb and the yearly fee includes everything pertaining to college(not living expenses and accomodation) Hostel you get only during the first two years. I personally did not like the hostels so better to shift in a pg or a flat i would suggest.

No nothing like scholarship or a loan was offered one can easily avail student loan by going to a bank and asking for it.

Well life in pune is great the strength of girls and boys were almost the same most of the students were from outside pune we had our partiea every year called the freshers and it was quite fun getting to know each and every new atudent was great well we never came across any gender, race, caste, religion based feuds, fights debates etc we lived like a family and every dispute or argument was solved mannerly and without force.

Well i am not aware of the alumni network at all i wonder if there is any the college seniors were the seniors they acted like they are superior to us and is a common feature in every college though ragging is strictly not allowed and you also sign a decleration against ragging.
