Course Curriculum Overview

I chose CSE because I had an interest in coding and wanted to make a career in it. The overall faculty experience is great. Some are M.Tech and PhD qualified. They do support students in all kinds of activities. Passing exams are quite easy.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are mostly referred from the AICTE portal and normally courses through Infosys Springboard. The average Stipend can be around 10k per month. Although it does depend on roles ranging from software development to data science and etc.

Placement Experience

Companies start coming around the 3rd-year end to 4th year. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, L&T etc. Do visit for on Campus hiring. The average packages offered are around 4-5 LPA. Overall most of the students get placed on campus around 80% of them.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm currently studying in my second year so I never opted for any type of Internship. Since I belong to the OBC category I applied for the Maha DBT scholarship. Although the fees are around 90000 per year I do get a scholarship upto 50,000

Campus Life

Annual fests and activities are conducted yearly with activities ranging from Gatherings, eSports events, coding events hackathons etc. The library has a lot of collections of books and journals. The college also provides books per semester for exam purposes. The seniors do have a technical group which helps in organising events like hackathons etc.

Admission

I appeared for the Exam MHTCET which is Maharastra state level Examination after my 12th. I got around the 71 percentile and opted for various colleges in my city. The cutoff depends on college vice and branch vice.

After 1st year student can openly apply for internship, theon campus internship is avaliable after 4th Sem. The highest amount goes to Quant Finance and more than 75% gets placed for in-campus. The highest pakacemet was INR 3cr for the Quant profile.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement has good rate. Most of the students passing out get in-campus placements and some of them go abroad for higher education. The average package here is around 700000 to 800000. Very much reliable in placement perspective.

Sggs nanded- an insight to the college

Placement Experience:

Students becomes eligible from sem 1 only but package offered is quite low like 5000 per month. Real placement starts from 3rd year from internship. Many tunes internship turns into a full job. Microsoft visited last year and offered 40 lpa. Companies like tcs, tcs ninja, google, infoys, emearson, accenture etc visits every year and offers good salary. Highest pakage was 40 lpa offered by microsoft, average is 5 lpa. For extc highest was 25 lpa offered by tcs. Almost 85 percent people gets placement on campus. Off campus highes package offered was 60lpa.My plan after getting degree is to sit in campus placement and get myself a good job.

My dream college COEP

Placement Experience:

The placements offered by COEP are simply great. The percentage of placements in overall department is from 72 to 100% . The student are eligible as they get in 2nd year . The companies that visited are wipro , infosys, mircosoft and core companies like tata motors, mahindra, Bajaj auto , emerson, asian paint , bosch. Bajaj even has there school of automobile openned in COEP. Highest package is 87 LPAand the average package is 12 LPA. You only need skills to crack the interview percentage does matter in some height the minimum percentage required is 65-70 . As COEP offers best placements I planned on getting campus placement as well

Campus Placements as shown by the college on the college website are good as the average salary is a bit nice in my point of view, and the real experience will feel on the time when I apply. Asper the college they give 100% placements.
