College transportation is ok but take very long time to reach college. Many stops in between to pick the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this college because of the top 10 listings across Tamil Nadu. All faculties are well-professional with highly knowledgeable. Once in every 2months, they conduct term exams and take extra effort to train low-scored students.

Internships Opportunities

Tech Mahindra recruited many candidates as Business Analysts, Development analysts, Junior Software engineers, Jr.Staff engineers, etc. Wipro recruited as Dqtq Analyst, Associate Engineer, Cloud Engineer Trainee, and DevOps Engineer Trainee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students with a high score above 90% will surely get 50% scholer based on seat availability. Many students got placed in top companies like Wipro, HCL, Microsoft, Google, Tech Mahindra, etc with high salary packages.

Campus Life

NanoTechnology ICCON is the event conducted by SRMU recently in the month of March. The library is such big and almost all categories of books are available free of cost. Sports and cultural activities are conducted by a huge number of participants.

Admission

Should complete and submit a copy of the under-graduation certificate. Application forms are available @ tnou.ac.in Reservation benefits are available for PWD candidates to avail the benefit of tuition fee rebates. Candidate and enroll and apply online. No need to visit the university.

Placement Experience:

3 yr students are eligible to get placed.particularly japanese placements come around that time.and general placements comes in 3rd yr 6th semester! Jsw, Renault Nissan are some of the companies that come! Highest in Japan 32 lpa , general - 12 lpa. 99.99% get placed.

My experience in VIT

Placement Experience:

My college allows you to get internships from the 5th semester. Campus placements can be availed 7th semester onwards. The highest package offered was I think about 1cr per year and the average being about 8-9LPA for my course. My plans after my degree is to work.

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

I opted for this college as it has a better alumni network , great infrastructure , amazing campus , top-notch faculty and good placements. The admission process is through online srmjeee exam. The course can be opted on the basis of the rank scored in that exam. I got selected in vit and manipal but they are much overcrowded.
