What Students Say

Likes

The academic syllabus is very good in comparison to other colleges
You will get good environment as students here are behaved
The faculty are very nice and friendly but not all some are very strict as normal

Dislikes

Campus is very small, it's like you enter and it will end type
Their isn't any sports facilities provided by the college and it would be done by the clubs only
You would be interrupted to do some things

Course Curriculum Overview

The main reason why I choose this course is due to the rapid growth of technology and digitalization across industries, there is consistently high demand for IT professionals and BCA helps us to pursue it. The faculties in this college are good and each of them holds 2-3 master's degrees in the computer science area. And their teaching methods are also good> you will be able to understand thongs easily. The term exam was taken after 4 months and then the break is given for 3 months after the even semester and a 1-month break after the odd semester.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are high but that would be worth it. And you can get scholarships but through government schemes. The college directly doesn't provide any scholarships. If you want you can get it through many government schemes which are accepted by the college.

Campus Life

There will be a fest held per year and there are many clubs that organize many activities, and events per month. The college consists of a library that has many books according to the candidate's academic usage. There are social groups also approved by the govt and many clubs which provide extracurricular activities and sports events.

Admission

The candidate who has passed their 12th are eligible for this course. The min percentage required for admission is 70%. The application form can be found on the official website of BIT Lalpur, this www.bitmesra.ac.in. All the details about admission fees and dates are provided there. The college directly doesn't provide any reservation but you can apply through other govt sites.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I joined this course because of market demand and also have interest in computers. Faculty: Student = 60:7 Supportive faculty also councelling about our future. Most of the teacher uses projector and smart classes. Exam is easy compared to Btech CSE. 4-5 years previous year question papers are provided. If you only study the pyq then you can get upto 7.0 sgpa in exams.

Sarala Birla University is a nice choice for UG courses

Placement Experience:

When I went to college's orientation program, they showed a data in which more than 90% students placed last year. I don't know the exact but there were only few students last year but from our batch, the number of students increased hugely. So, I guess there will be an decline in placement ratio. According to college and some seniors, some big companies visited in college and they hire meritious students. Average package is around 6L which is decent.

Placements are really good for my department. From Semester 4 th you all are ready to get placed as company visits in an even semester. The companies visited are DeloitteUsi, Capgemini, Tcs, Wipro, EY, and Byjus many more...you just need to be attentive. The highest package till now is 10 lpa and the average is 3 lpa And there are placement coordinators who help you in guidance. Almost 75 to 80 percent gets placed with low to average packages.

ABOUT BBA BCA COURSE STRUCTURE

In jharkhand, BIT MESRA is the only college that have a goodwill and reputation that's why I have choose this college over other colleges and I have not given any kind of other exam for any other college . I only filled a form of BIT MESRA and got admission I was not interested in any other colleges. If you have to take admission in BBA you need to score 80+ marks to get in 1st merit list and if you scored 85+ you will get direct admission.
