Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course for pursuing my CMA professional course. There are 5 awesome faculties with the current batch of 209 students. We get to learn practically as well as theoretically. All the faculties are holding doctorates and have work experience of more than 5 years. Teaching is done by PowerPoint presentations and also practical real-life examples. There are a total of six semesters and each semester has about 3 internal exams. When talking about passing the exams when we study well the side by side the faculties teach, it is very easy to pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
We didn't get any internships with stipends but most internships are provided in CA Firms where we got to learn many things. Tax filing GST returns filing. Document verification and many other works were given to us based on the knowledge we have to prepare our internship report.
Placement Experience
From the 5th sem, students are eligible for placements. Many companies like Mr. Cooper, Deloitte, TCS, HCL, etc. have visited our college. The highest package is 5 lakh per annum and the average package is 250k per annum. 100% of students are getting placed I'm planning to pursue my professional course after getting a degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
When we were studying, the fees were 52k and the current batch is paying 62k per year as our course provides a lot of extra certifications for us to improve our knowledge. We get a variety of scholarships based on students' needs and eligibility.
Campus Life
We have 2 annual fests called DIVA and SMRITI which are cultural that happen during November and February. Tech fests are called VAISHCOMFEST which happen during January and March. There is a large library on our campus which provides us with lots of books and journals and the availability is good as there are more than 2 copies for each book. The classroom is spacious with good ventilation and brightness. There are lots of sports and extracurricular activities conducted. There are mainly 3 clubs namely Rotract, nss, and NCC with students can join other groups like outreach, literacy, book, drama, etc.
Admission
The course eligibility was to get 75%in 10th and 12th boards. The application form fees and dates will be mentioned on the official website of SDNB Vaishnav College for women. There are no reservation benefits and all students are treated equally. The admission process can be both online and offline as many people will not have access to online.
