Course Curriculum Overview

I was very crazy about Computers so I chose this course. 70:1 is the student: faculty ratio. But the faculty handles the class very efficiently. Most of the faculty members are Postgraduates and doctorates. 2 internal exams and 1 external exam is taken in a span of 1-Semester.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Amazon, TCS, and ABB companies visit the campus for placement. The highest package was 12,00,000Rs. LPA. 80-90 % of students are placed in the campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very good and moderate. Fees are very affordable for middle-class families. Government Scholarships and many other university-based scholarships are availed to eligible students. You can also get an internship as well as a Job at the University.

Campus Life

The campus of the University is too cool, and spacious. It is like walking in a garden feel while roaming around the campus. You find 2 Xerox centers, 5-6 QSR, and canteens. garden and Ground and many more things. Spoural is the annual fest organized in January which is a cultural fest. Cognizance is the annual tech fest. And VRUND is fest of Navratri.

Admission

The admission process was based on the merit of 12th Graduation. No internal entrance exam is taken at the university. You can get admission through the 12th Board, GUJCET(ACPC), and JEE mains score. You are called for the counseling round and then you get ranked then you were called and asked your preference of yours and if available you get admission.

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

balanced with learning and challenges

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.
