Good for academic, bad for placements

As because I can go in both the private and government sector. The student and faculty ratio is quite good. Most of the faculties have done PhD and teaching quality is also good. In one semester there will be one mid sem, two quiz tests, two assignments, one surprise test, and an end semester.

The student will be eligible for placement from 7sem. Some of the companies are Braine Hub, Adani, genus, and PWC. The highest package offered for the ECE department by Western Digital is 19lpa. This year approx 40-50% are only placed. Maybe I will go training institute.

Fess will be constant all the years or it may decrease with increasing years. Some of the scholarship Odisha government will be available. But the placement scenario for our branch is very bad, very few companies visited during our session.

Here annual and tech fest are celebrated together in the month of March or February named Sankalp. The library is quite better with lots of books Classroom conditions are not good, AC is not there in any classroom and condition gets pathetic on summer days. For sports, one indoor stadium is there with a basketball and badminton court. There 5-7 clubs are there like NSS, club excel, Eureka, etc.

Actually when I have taken admission that time only the college started providing AC rooms so only 9 rooms have ac and which I think must be occupied but I have heard that if students will demand AC they will arrange that and the extra charges will be there for that. The quality of food is average and the menu is mostly based on the Odisha theme. Registration is simple you have just given some extra money.

I have taken spot admission and I haven't given any entrance exam some of my friends have taken admission through JEE counseling which was done at BPUT College. If you are from Odisha then you will get some reservation benefits.
