Course Curriculum Overview

Course is now getting updated with new subjects. Faculties guides and helps students here. Faculties are highly qualified here and teaches well. Apart from it, students can work with faculties for rezearch projects. Term exams are around every 1.5 months to 2 months.

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Some companies came for internship opportunities like Amazon, Morgan Stanley. Roles offered was SDE intern. Stipend offered was around 90K to 100K. Very few students were able to grap internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

Campus Placements are good. Placements starts from ohr third year, i.e 5th semester. Top companies like Amazon and Morgan Stanley visits in our campus. Highest package offered is around 40LPA and average being above 10LPA. Job profiles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, etc. Above 90% students gets placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees will be around 2 lakh to 2.5 lakh for all three years. Scholarships are available based on student category. Also, education loans are available on campus, when a student comes here after admission.

Campus Life

Campus life is really great. You will enjoy your college life here. Events and fests are conducted regularly and students can participate in it. Sports complex is there in campus with facilities. Library is also there for all NITT students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is available for those whose want to live in campus. Single, Double and Triple sharing rooms are available but allotted based on whether you are from first or second or final year. Fees is same for all and is mostly affordable. Different messes are available like North, South. You can opt for any one. Food quality is average for every mess.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

Admission process was based on an all india entrance exam, i.e NIMCET. We can find admission form and details on its official website: www.nimcet.in Reservations are available for EWS, OBC, SC, ST candidates.

MCA is 2 years course after completing they 3rd semester they are eligible to attend the campus placements and the college providing 100% placement. Name of the companies like CTS, Capgemini, HCL, Hexaware etc... every studends can attend all the company but if one student got selected in one company means he/she not allowed to attend some other companies. Highest package 10LPA and Average package 3LPA. I have got selected in CTS its a very god exprience for me.

From the 5th Semester students are eligible for placements for this course. Top companies visiting NITT are Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, etc. The highest package is around 40LPA, the average is around 12LPA and the lowest IS is around 5LPA. Around 90% and above students are placed every year. The top roles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.

Remarks:

I am MCA student. Before two days I research on government school or private school. According to my information, in study point of view, private schools are good but fees point of view are not good because poor families cannot pay money for private facilities. According to my information, other facilities point of view private institutions good compare to government institution.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc .
