Likes

Fest organized by the college and infrastructure is great to learn and participate in the events.
The college placements are also great there are different companies come and it is depends on you how well you got placed.

Dislikes

There are too much study pressur and also the main things of the placement things like coding and DSA are not well planned and studied there.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers are great and give you fully knowledgeable content for each subject. So I had chosen the IT course due to the future requirements of the IT sector towards each and every sector. In the growing world, we are dependent on Technology and therefore the scope is too much for it. The exams are on time and you have much time to prepare for them as well.

Placement Experience

In your 4th year (7th semester)you are eligible for campus placements. There are different companies like free charge having a 9 lpa package and Zscaler with 24 LPA and paytm with 6.5 LPA and TCS with a varying package of 3.5lpa and 7 LPA. 70% of students are well placed. I had grabbed the college placement so my future plan is to work in the company.

Fees and Financial Aid

So as I had earlier mentioned that the fee is 117000 and I also you got a college-funded scholarship chance as well to pay for it. I got 5 offers from different companies like TCS Digital, IBM, Brevistay, Xenonstack, and UnifiedCloud.

Campus Life

So we an annual fest "Utkarsh" is organized every week and there the DJ night is arranged. Also other than this tar night is also arranged each year. You got tables and bulbs as well as a fan in college and also a water cooler. Technovibes and many other social committees are also here for students.

Admission

So,the first step I had done was to give the entrance exam of UPSEE and secured 14917 rank in it. Then I got the opportunity to secure FW(fee waiver) seat in college and after I had done my counselling of 20000 then I had only submit 100 rupees annually as my fees to the college every year.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
