Course Curriculum Overview
The reason for me to choose mechanical engineering here was soo simple I want this course as I have heard that it is the mother branch of engineering. The curriculum is sufficient for all competitive exams and knowledge. The facility members are very much helpful. There are 3exams in one semester which are class test 1, class test 2, and the major examination which is quite easy to qualify for.
Internships Opportunities
I have done an internship at PWD from Gorakhpur as assigned work with an intern the period of the internship is 6 weeks and awarded internship certificates after completing the internship I learned many things during intern.
Placement Experience
There is a separate cell for placement i.e. the training and placement cell that offers us lots of opportunities for placement in about 34 plus companies. such as. TCS, WIPRO, Tata Motors, etc. Almost 60%students easily get placed. After graduation, I will try for the UPSC exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee we are required to pay is about 75000 yearly. The hostel fee is not included which is about 55000 and the mess fee which is around included in the hostel fees. Here we get the opportunity for getting a scholarship of about 56000 from the state government.
Campus Life
The annual fest in our college is Parampara and the annual tech fest is Parampara Fest. The Parampara is conducted in April. There is a huge central library in our college providing a vast variety of books, journals, and magazines, etc. The sizes of classrooms are big and all classes are utilized. There is a cultural students counsel which is for all sports and extracurricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good like better connectivity with electricity 24×7, Wi-Fi, RO water, gym, geyser, etc. and almost 50 room are available and in one room three students can stay and the food is good and the hostel fees is 55000 per year can be paid in 2 and 3 installment.
Admission
The admission process was very simple. We just need to give a simple examination of jee mains on whose basis admission was conducted. The eligibility criteria were more than 60 percent in high school and intermediate and qualified to jee mains. There is a reservation criteria students who fulfill these criteria are given reservation in admission. Admission is only done based on seat availability.
