- They give 25 homeworks and lots of assignment which is unnecessary and time waste for a btech student
- Some where they lack behind to provide the skills to there students
- Lots and lots of rules which are irrelevant and meaningless such as keep the mobile phone and laptop in bag and not using it
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose computer science and engineering as it is the most immersing and popular course. In the aspects of the curriculum I was influenced by the placement in the cse branch which was pretty good . Some courses like bpharma and bca can be improve and focusing on the skill development rather than just syllabus can make it better. Exams generally happens after 4 to 5 months of semester starts and its difficulty level is medium .
Placement Experience
Campus placement are good but can be more better in other branches. Students after 6 semester are eligible for campus placement. Companies like tcs , accenture, hcl , tranzita etc give campus placement around 3 to 5 lpa is offered . Highest package by Amazon 20lpa and average package is 4 lpa . 80% Students get placed who attend placement. My plans are to get a campus placement and to become a software engineer.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees is around 60k to 80k depending upon the how early you have taken the admission. Fees may increase by 5k to 10k every year due to faculty. Except general category every category gets scholarship by the government it is around 50k to 60k . No financial aid is provided. Stipends are awarded when you top the branch with highest marks .
Campus Life
Every year there is a fest Parampara organized in the month of april . It is a 3 day fest with all technical , cultural , and sports festivals . Every course and syllabus books are available in the library . Smart class with digital boards are provided to the 1st year and 2nd year students . No sports and extracurricular activities offered rather than college fest . No such clubs or groups are run by students
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are decent but meals are not upto the marks . All the dishes are veg no non veg dish is provided. All 4 meals with different food are given . Registration process is done along with the admission and it is affordable. It is easy to find pg out side the college on the walking distance from college .
Admission
Admission can be through jee mains , cuet and also by management quota . Admissions starts in the month of April. Reservation benefits are provided according to the cut offs given by jee mains and cuet . At the Admission time they don't provide all the details of fees structure which should be improved .
Faculty
Faculty members are well experienced and highly qualified . Most faculty members are PHD holders. Teaching methods and knowledge about the subject of the faculties are superb and they keep focus on each and every student specially on the weaker students . Anyone can interact and solve their doubts whenever there is free lecture
