PLACEMENTS and CAMPUS LIFE OF CGC LANDRAN

I choose Btech because of my interest and guidance from my brother. This course requires a lot of hard work. No doubt the faculty members of the college are supportive and teach with full dedication. All the teachers are experienced. The exams are happier thrice in a semester. 2 mid-semester exams and 1 final exam under PTU.

The placements in the college are very good. Students start to get placement offers from the 6th semester onwards for placement. Many companies visit the campus for placements. Almost 99% of the students from CGC LANDRAN get placement. The average package is 6-7 lpa but the highest package gone was 49lpa. I will take campus placement from the campus itself.

At the time I took admission, the fee was 92000 per year but now the fee is raised and now it is 120000 per year but still, it is less than the other colleges. They do not give any scholarships on their behalf but any of the placements under PMO is considered only and they will let you know about the process.

There are many fests in CGC LANDRAN. As you take admission they do 2 events. 1st AAGAZ This is a small event by CGC land run for the freshers but after some days there is a big event named JASHAN in which a singer is also called. All the books of the syllabus can be found in the library. All the classrooms are equipped with projectors and whiteboards. All the sports events and competitions are arranged from time to time for the students. There are many different clubs according to the work like cultural, photogenic etc.

Many facilities are available in the hostel equipped with 24× 7 wifi facilities. Different rooms according to the student requirements ac or non-AC. The food is of good quality. When you take admitted to the college they will ask if you want to avail hostel facility or not. The prices are much higher for hostels as compared to other institutions. The hostels are located on the campus.

You can take admission through different methods online offline or through Jee. I took admission online as I paid my reservation fees online through their website. There are no such criteria in the college. It is just your marks must be 75% in both 10th and 12th to take admitted to cgc landran in any course. Their faculty will call you from time to time if any of the information is required.
