Remarks

Located in the heart of the city. Convinient for travelling from any part of the city The sports scene in atria is fairly encouraging as it has its own cricket team, basketball team, football team etc. Atria has represented itself in all the big arenas and won a lot of accolades. wonderful experience to work on company sponsored projects, a big opportunity that is exclusive to students from atria.

Entrance Preview

I had taken up CET exam and based on its ranking I selected this college and got admitted in the year 2004

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Electronics and Computers were good during our days and the course and topics were decided by VTU and it covered most of the topics required for our knowledge and the lab facilities were an added advantage to know things practically and understand the concept in a better way

Internships Opportunities

We never had this option when we were studying in 2004-2008 As per my knowledge they are now.providing internship for master degree students

Placement Experience

1.5

It was good during our days and most of the students got placed in reputed companies and we were also sent for pool campus interviews Placement cell had conducted training course as well which was very beneficial during campus interviews Now the placement rate has increased and many companies are coming

College Events

2

Extra-curricular activities are encouraged;the college is playing a vital role to support and nurture the cultural aspect among the students. The college encourages participation in inter and intra college fests as well There was always room for events in the college

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is a bit expensive compared to other similar level colleges and they are very much specific and sticked to the fees and never support brilliant poor students The hostel fees are very expensive and the food is not up to the mark The infrastructure they give for the amount we pay couldve been much better

Fees and Financial Aid

No they never offer any kind of scholarship for any student rather they tend to charge more money in terms of admission and development fees If they think of a plan to provide scholarship for top performance then it encourages students and in turn help college

Campus Life

2

To meet 100% placement record in Atria, placement training has been included in regular curriculum. This training is provided for all departments from the grass-root levels coupled with mock-interviews,which enables us to prepare ourselves to face interviews with any top-notch firm Worst infrastructure and canteen,a single toilet for one whole big department, water is not there most of the time, college just care about money

Hostel Facilities

1

Coming to hostel facilities its the worst one could ever see and the facilities they provide for the amount they charge is par less and of cheap quality The hostel management are only bothered about money and not the quality of service We had many strikes and fights with hostel management for food and other bad quality Services

Alumni/Alumna

Extra-curricular activities are encouraged;the college is playing a vital role to support and nurture the cultural aspect among the students. The college encourages participation in inter and intra college fests as well!!

Exam Structure

Exams were as per the vtu standards and were strictly conducted Electronics and Computers were good during our days and the course and topics were decided by VTU and it covered most of the topics required for our knowledge and the lab facilities were an added advantage to know things practically and understand the concept in a better way

Admission

Via Karnataka CET exam and seat selection process had taken up CET exam and based on its ranking I selected this college and got admitted in the year 2004 and studied for 4 years in EnC branch and passed out in 2008 Admission fee was a bit high at that time and could have been reduced

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%
