Course Curriculum Overview

I wanna be an architect since childhood that was my dream. Faculty students ratio - 1:10. All the staff is perfectly graduated with master's and Ph.D. Practical and digital teaching is there. After every 6 months, there is sem end exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are provided by the colleges and the average package goes to 360000. Hafeez contractors, L&T, etc., Those students have the capability, knowledge, and good knowledge they get placed here. I want to do my masters from this college only.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure- 110000. Financial assistance is provided by the college in the form of fees. The scholarship is provided by the college and other than College corporation of Pune provides u but we have to claim them.

Campus Life

Ektara fest is celebrated in the winter. Our library has more than 6000 books, E letters 3000 and coffee table books are also there. Sports are also played in good numbers, extra activities like workshops, tours, site visits, and case studies are held and also NSS tours are held.

Admission

Eligibility :- 10 + 2 science JEE main paper 2, Personal documents. No reservation benefits are provided in the college, Pune. Fast admissions process. Friendly office staff. Good campus.

Perfect infrastructure but more experience faculty needed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
