A good college.

On the conclusion end I can say a good college to opt for in respect to every era .

I was elected from a Quota . I was not a part of any entrance . My selection was based on quota of J&K students.

it is good . I did my MCA . From campus placement it was good but more good for engineering students .Not so much good placements for MCA students as of that time but cannot say about today's time . BTech students were offered more good placements.

I have never heard of providing internship as of that time in 2010.I have never sen anything as such but may be it could be there as I never approached for same .I did my internship from outside college.But may be as of now they provide the same.

Technical, cultural, management festivals are held in college timely, Organised at a big level where a lot of students participation in them at a larger extent and organise with their inputs .A chief guests is invited . Musical album bands or famous Bollywood singers / pop album singers are invited .The functions run for two to three days .The one of the example is ZEST .

Fee Structure is feasible It is not expensive .Everything is transparent . Loan / EMI option is also available . The fee has to be submitted semester wise .The fee is to be given for both academic and Hostel if you avail the hostel facility . I have found genuine fee structure not so much expensive .

No Gender ratios criteria, I have found equal gender ratio . Student outings are managed by college and which is free of cost . Timely workshops are organised by students with the support of college faculties and facilities . No ragging cases are reported , the college administration is very strict in this matter . The college administration has devised very strict actions for ragging / harassment kind of things . For the hostel facility rooms of hostels are fair good with the facilities and spacious . About the cleanness of hostels rooms a dedicated sweeper is there who sweeps out your room every morning . Air cooler facilities are also provided. Rooms on sharing basis of 3 students, but student getting individual facility of bedding , cupboard and other things like table and chair. The availability of rooms depends on the number of rooms and the number of students availing the hostel facility , so first come first serve basis. The fees is nominal which need to be paid at the admission time in case of first year and ten semester wise . The food is also good with hygienic kitchen and is unlimited for the quantity .

With respect to college alumni I had never any problem .Seniors and faculty is very helpful and supportive .The books are provided by the seniors and also any guidance or knowledge is provided by the seniors without any hesitation .Many a times alumni team is invited timely for occasions.

A syllabus is structured from the university : Maharishi Dayananad University .The university has a structured syllabus . So the exam structure is derived from the syllabus structure . All the dates and the syllabus is made by university .The exams are theoretical and not objective . Not so much frequent exams but final exams at the end of semester which is of duration 6 months.

On reaching the office I was told all the formalities and approaching to the college was given by the Quota organising personals.All the forms need to be filled was told by college faculty and the the pre - requirements was given by the Quota organising personals.

The faculty was good .All the faculty was trained , holding B.tech and Masters degree . They were knowledgeable .They had practical knowledge also . Completed the syllabus on time.They used to be regular to the classes and maintained a good discipline.
