I didn't apply for other college but i had opportunities while councelling, I might go in other universities like baba ghulam shah baadshah university in my own district rajouri but the reason of rejecting that university because fee was very high there.Otherwise my opinion about that university is also amazing.I didn't get any rejection from any college. Admission process was good not that tough,ist you have to appear in exam, then if you get selected you have to be present in group discussion where your behaviour will be judged, Application form is in website of www.kashmir university.com Reservation is also given and mentioned in form.
