Entrance Preview

Actually, there is no exam required for the admission in JECRC University, One can take the admission on the basis of jee main score and 12th percentage if they qualify the cutoff score. I got 76% in 12th and 105 in jee main. I opt this because it is referred by my cousin who has a great business.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Btech Course comprises of 4 years with 8 semesters. So the 1st year syllabus is almost same for all branches. Anyways 1st-semester syllabus comprises of with electives as follows E1001 Engineering Mathematics-I E 1002 Engineering Physics-I E1003 Engineering Chemistry E1004 Electrical & Electronics Engineering E 1005 Engineering Mechanics E1006 Electrical & Electronics Engg. Lab E 1007 Mechanical Workshop E 1008 Practical Geometry E 1009 Engineering Physics Lab-1 E1010 Engineering Chemistry Lab G 1002 Computer Applications-1 G 1003 Computer Applications Lab-1 G1004 Communication Skills-I 2nd semester comprises of E2001 E2002 E2003 E2004 E2005 E2006 E2007 E2008 E2009 E2010 G2002 G2003 G2004 Engineering Mathematics-II Engineering Physics-11 Environmental Chemist Electrical & Electronics Engineering Engineering Mechanics Electrical & Electronics Engg. Lab Mechanical Workshop Machine Drawing Engineering Physics Lab-11 Environmental Chemists Lab Computer Applications-11 Computer Applications Lab Communication Skills-11 respectively with code. As my 3rs semester is just started so I can't so sure for further syllabus There are good faculty members, although not all are as amazing. Some of them don't have proper knowledge. The course is okay, preferred in many universities. I have learned many things through it, but their main focus is only studying not on overall development.

Internships Opportunities

As I already mention that, I'm currently in 2nd year So I don't know much about this, because yet in my career I never see my college giving a chance to fave interview and grab internship but as rumours spread I only knew that 4th year seniors have to do internship and grab 6 month work experience and this internship is given by college only with some stipend.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

On-campus residential facility for students has been very thoughtfully designed and planned. Each unit in the JU Hostel Complex allows privacy and personal space to a student while giving a chance to dwell together and foster comradeship. An apartment style -three private single occupancy rooms open into a common living room equipped with a television set internet access and a pantry making it a completely independent unit. The hostels are air-conditioned comfortable and conducive for the students to have a productive campus life providing a perfect setting for academic pursuits.

Admission

I've filled the form and on the day of admission, I visited my university for the very first time, so the admission process goes in several rounds like batch, hostel, documents, scholarship, fees and after all this chaos you are into the university or can say the part of the university. But only after the fees submission your seat can be confirmed.

Faculty

2.5

Our college has good and very experienced faculty members. They have a good knowledge of the subjects and every field. We can ask him/her about our personal life problems too. They provide us good solutions. They are very frank in nature. Their teaching style is too good. If you study hard in the lecture period, u need not study that again and again at your home. Little understanding is more than enough. They had a great opportunity to do something awesome, but they just kick it out. Practically speaking, I took admission in a private university because I had some dreams about doing research on something, but honestly, my plans did not seem to work out. If you think faculty members are Ph.D. holders, then you are correct. Some of the teachers are doing a great job while others are not so good, they did not know how to write a program in C. I do not know how did they even got selected as a teacher in the computer science branch. Now coming to the main part, any topic could be provided to any teacher like teachers who teach software management, will teach artificial intelligence (it is not in their Ph.D. subject nor their master's subject, not even a research topic).

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

In my college there are very good placement chances if you score good marks and be a good student there and we can get an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and if we are better than if you are very good student we can also get more than 10 lakhs per annum it all depends on us because we have to study and we have to take out chances but if I don't get any employment from there I will start doing it off campus and will do my own business or something like that but I will definitely try hard to get a placement from this college because it is very good and I want to get I am job from this college to start my life of making money
