Course Curriculum Overview

I choose computer science because it is highly demanded and I have an interest in this field. In my Branch, there are 120 students which is divided into two sections and in each batch, there are 60 students. Every two months, there are mid-term exams

Placement Experience

The placement is average in our college. Most placements are offered to cs students in our college. From the 7th sem students are eligible for placement. My plans after graduation are to do M.tech and do further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for our course is 65000 which includes bus fees. There are differences for every branch. There is some scholarship for obc and sc/St Students. The scholarship is given by the government. There is no hostel available.

Campus Life

There is an annual fest organised by the college which is organised in the month of April. The Library have a good collection of books available. There are some groups which are run by students. There are science club .

Admission

The eligibility for B.E is to give JEE and score a good rank then based on the rank you got in college. The application form can fill up online or offline on a college campus. There are some seats reserved for general

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.
