I disliked the environment of this college not a good environment for student's mental health

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is average exam are university based so it is very tough we have two mid semester exam in every semester, teaching curriculum is average teachers are not experienced enough for teaching

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My course fees is 25000 i availed benefits under turion fees waiver scheme and i got admission in this college my classmate fees is 85000 with bus fees and all other fees included in this fees and i availed discount of 60000 with this benefits

Campus Life

The campus life of my college ( Malwa institute of technology indore ) is worst because our college half building is on rent so campus is so bad and not enough for games and other activities so campus is so bad

Admission

I choose the college because of the admission umder TFW ( tuition fee waiver ) because my JEE score is too good enough for the my admission in this college my score is not so good but average the score is 70 percentile

Faculty

Faculty student ratio average and all Faculty are not experienced some teacher are first. Time teaching with not good teaching is only focuses on books without real life experience with no support for internships

Interview Experience

We face no discussion and interview and written test any more so i have no idea about it and i have no prepared on the topics of GD interview questions or test pattern at all and discuss the process and criteria for admission is not discuss

Night Life

In my college only library is available but this is not enough for my needs so it is also worst and about gym , cafeterias and public area closing is not available and the college have only canteen but the food is bad

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Placements are average and need improvement. Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. A few companies visit the college but number of offer is limited. The no. of students were selected for placemetns were 10-15 from my batch.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

About placement, I would say companies used to visit. If a person is serious and want to grow then he has the opportunity to face the FAAN companies only if he has scored the gpa above 9 in whole 8 semsters.

In my collge Students typically become eligible to participate in campus recruitment drives from the 7th Semester(start of the 4th year).However , the collge starts preparation much earlier through Campus Recruitment Training(CRT) and soft skills classes, which often begin as early as the 1st and 2nd emester to ensure students are industry-ready. Total Offers:For the 2024-2025 cycle,the institute reported over 300 to 450+ offers across various branches. Key Companies: IT/Software:TCS(Top recruiter), Infosys , Wipro , Capgemini , Cognizant ,HCL , Accenture, Cisco , Tech Mahindra Netlink ,Jaro education , Logical Softtech , KD provission , Kadel labs , Blueflames and many more. Total Companies Visited: Over 200+ companies (including 150+ core companies). The salary trends vary significantly between on-campus mass recruitment and off-campus offers. Verage package 5.0 - 9.0 LPA. Approximately 75% to 84% of eligible students get placed.The CSE and IT branches see the highest success rates(often 80%+), while core branches like Mechanical and Civil focuses more on the core companies placements. I got an offer at cognizant during my college so currently I am not looking for the higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.
