Course Curriculum Overview

This course is chosen in search of a new field. faculty ratio is 1:25, based on classes it can change to 1:10. faculties are m. arch qualified. the teaching methods are well interactive, and we learn more of communication skills. Exams are semester based.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is based on the type of seats. management seats have a higher price compared to merit seats. cost of study may defer. The cost of buying materials and books cost more. scholarships can be obtained through NSP and SSP. As the architecture department has no campus placement .stipend may vary from firm to firm

Campus Life

Every year fest is conducted. Every department has various fest, for example, auto expo, evasion, ETC. A good number of books are available. every year tournaments are held, like cricket, badminton, etc.

Admission

Eligibility of course is the NATA exam. The application for this course is available on the nata.com website. The application fees and dates will be dependent on COA .reservations are based on merit seats, through the KEA CET exam, basically, cut-offs are yearly based management seats are available if he/she is not eligible in merit seat

Architecture is completely a solo thinking work we can work in groups as well but if a structure is designed by a single architect then it has a taste of that particular person but if its a group then all will be mixed and have different kind of brains giving different ideas soo an individual can manage even if he doesnt get a placement

Course curriculum is amazing but again the aheets given and the expected submissions for a 1st yesr is too much and the pressure is high .the teaching methods r basically every 10 students r allotted to s mentor who then guides them thru the design process

Bmsca - spilt thoughts

Course Curriculum Overview:

You'll indulge in a lot of painting and are related stuff. Well since Architecture is not only about art, there are subjects which will use up your brain cells. You also get to go to study trips too! The ride is not smooth- everyday would be a submission day , everyday would be a love-hate relationship with the course. Internal reviews,external reviews, viva and jury, presentation and assignments, written exams...theyre enough to keep you busy throughout. Since its Affiliated to vtu, the system does seem not so updated to date. You cannot expect to have a month of holidays after each Semester too. Dont dream of having a pleasant vacation break.

NITTE Institute of Architecture- Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more condensed that other colleges', so it makes it easier to tackle multiple things at once. The course prepares us for real world applications through their dual internship program, which is a strong point in their curriculum. If the course in itself had more real world applications, instead of very superficial ideas, it would be more helpful The exams are a hurdle, but it comes with the rigor of the course, and it is something students end up adapting to over the course of 5 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If you check with other colleges the approach to the curriculum is different and more fun. The process of learning is more fun and appealing making us satisfied of what we have done at the end. Sometimes we don't get how the teachers are expecting us to do our assignments but we figure it out some how. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-sem and end-sem).

Comprehensive review of architecture curriculum

Placement Experience:

After 10 semester Students are eligible for placements. Yes,from last year they iffer on campus placements with highest package of 11 lakhs which is really good according to this course. average package is around 6 lakhs which is also decent. 15 out of 30 students could get the placements that is 50 percent. I am planning to pursue masters degree outside India after this course

good college for architecture in Karnataka

Remarks:

There are only few countable college who have separate college campus for architecture in India I'm proud to say RV had one of our college had one. I would say if you be a teachers student without conflicts and obtain good marks you will graduate with no problem.
