Course Curriculum Overview

I am personally interested to do B.Com general. Faculty members are so easy to approach and friendly. Their teaching way is also quite understandable. It is usually 2 semesters per year and it is not that hard to pass when you studied.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Internships Opportunities

They introduced many companies for internships to the students. Some of them are without stipends and they gave many projects for the final year students in the college and the outcome of the projects came well.

Placement Experience

4.5

From the 5th semester, students become eligible to attend the campus placement. Above 65%is eligible to attend the campus .there are 20 companies that came and I got selected into 6 companies and 48%are got jobs through placement. My plan after getting my degree is to work for a highly reputed company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are quite acceptable. I got a private association scholarship for two years. Many companies came for placement and I also got selected for the many placement opportunities through the college.

Campus Life

They are many fests are conducted by the college every month. There are so many books and journals in the library. There are many amenities in the classroom example projector .there are many extracurricular activities conducted for the students and many clubs and social groups are there.

Admission

Candidates are eligible when they have scored above 60%in their board exams. Since 2020 was in lockdown I applied and submitted the application through online. Not everything is good till in the admission process it is easy to apply.

Likes

the college also organizes technical events, workshops, seminar, cultural, festivals and placement training programs with helps students enhance their practical knowledge
the campus has a diverse student community with a healthy and inclusive atmosphere.
the aspects I liked the most were support faculty, disciplined campus environment.

Dislikes

placement opportunities may be stronger for certain branches and others
Wi-Fi connectivity can be inconsistent in some area in the campus
parking facilities may becomes crowded during peak hours

Friendly and supportive faculty numbers you guys students that could learning environment with a practical and theoretical knowledge

Commerce cours has an entire building as we have five division in B.Com itself.
Seminars and industry people are called to guide us for placements and what all add ons do we need to learn to get a corporate job.
Our fests is too good as otherwise college gate closed at 5pm but during fests it last till 10 pm.

Dislikes

Dress code which is very wierd both for boys and girls.

Placement Experience:

P&G, Deloitte, KPMG, INTEL and many others have started taking interest in B.Com students as well. Placements though our of 400 it is still around like 100 odd students get placed from campus and with a salary of 30-40k around.

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
