Course Curriculum Overview
Since I did my graduation in mathematical science, I wanted to pursue my higher education in the same field. There were approximately 40 students in my course. Each and every faculty was at least a PhD with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The teaching method was according to all the student types considering that all might not be extraordinary. Class tests are regular. For each subject, there was a monthly assignment or a class test. Then there were mid-semester exams and end-semester exams. Since the entire syllabus was already covered in the class, it was not much difficult to pass with good marks.
Placement Experience
The students become eligible for the placement during the last year of their course but they cannot start working until the last semester of their course as the last semester has a non-teaching curriculum meant for the research work which is mandatory for all. Even companies like Google come to Amity. Multiple numbers of companies such as HCL, Trivium, IMARC etc came for placements. The average package for the course: is 240000. 10% of students got placed in my course with the campus placement. My plans will be to work now.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fee: 72000 approx. I received a 100% scholarship for one semester at the time of admission. Thus, 1st year fee = 34000 2nd year fee = 72000 No job was offered on campus during the studies. The placements for my course were extremely limited.
Campus Life
Annual fest used to happen in the month of March. Tech fests for different departments used to take place throughout the year. The library is one of the biggest that I have ever seen. A huge number of books with multiple copies are available in them. The accessibility is easy using the library card. Fully A/C classrooms with projector services. Enough light and fans in the room for comfort. Blackboard/whiteboard with size bigger than usual. Extracurricular activities were a little less due to the strictness in attendance. Sports was on high priority. There was an entire sports festival at the university for the same. Math club, Chemistry club, AI club, Robotics club, cultural clubs, etc were all run by students with support from the faculty.
Admission
Graduation or Equivalent degree along with the clearance of their entrance exam, followed by PI was the eligibility. Application is available on the official website of the university. N/A details of the reservation Everything is appropriate according to me.
