Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course for gaining knowledge and also it will help me in networking with other people, the student is medium. The faculty members were very qualified. The term exam was an easy way to pass the exam, but their teaching was very solid.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was different for all students, it was category-wise different SC, ST, OBC, and GEN. So, my fees were very high compared to other friends. Government scholarship was available, but based on certain family income.

Campus Life

Annual fees 100000 & tech fees 30000. Yes, there was a library. All books are available. The sports ground was nice as there were periods when I went to play sports. No website was run by students and in an overall process

Admission

Eligibility is CET Exam as it is the entrance exam for MBA in Maharashtra and for another competitive exam as it is mandatory to give an exam to get selected the fee is Rs 2000. The admission process is different for different colleges.

The placements opportunities that the college offers and on the average level With the average package of 3 lacks which i think as compared to the fees paid is less Also most of the placements received are for the sales domain

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Remarks:

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.
