Activities and tech events in the college plus the the energy of students
the ambience .As they have 2 degree, 2 diploma college and many other department in the same campus
The faculty and there support towards new innovations and ideas by the students

Dislikes

The placement which i did liked it as it was not up to the mark
Way the security guards use to talk to the students
the distance it to much to visit from one college campus to other

As I come from a defense background and my father was in ARMY so cause of him my interest was in automobiles and so I joint this mech engg course and was very interested in designing fields like Auto- CAD. The faculty has helped us with everything. They solved our issues very responsibly.

Internships Opportunities

I didn't get the internship or any placement confirmation from the college end but got selected for Hydraulic Motors AND ARMSTRONG COMPANY which was in Satan village but the company was not having any females working in both company.

Placement Experience

The Placement in my time like 2016- 17 was not so good. Being a mech engg most of the BPO companies were coming and very less mech or tech companies came at that time. The placements for COMP AND IT DEPARTMENT were really good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees were different for all students. As I come under OBC so my father use to pay 50000 per year fees and for OPEN students the fees are nearby 95000. For SC the fees were ver less and half of the fee amount was refunded in the form of a scholarship to them.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is really amazing as they have a number of different events in a year. LIKE SAS, Sandip uthsav and many other TECH FEST. We have no department competitions too in our college and in different colleges to represent our college.

Admission

AIEEE exam. Through this exam, I got the sandip university. This exam was held at Symbiosis school in Nashik. I got my seat in 2nd ranking only. As my AIEEE marks were good enough to get into the good colleges in Nashik City.

My college is good in infrastructure and education

Life of a mech_engineer at VJTI

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.
