Course Curriculum Overview
I chose MBA( digital marketing) to make a career in SEO in IT sector.As it is the first batch in CU so the enrollment is around 100 students only in this batch and we have one section only. Teachers have professional experience in different industries. They are knowledgable and give practical knowledge Semester exams re moderate and easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Companies that are expected to visit are UAS, Aditya Birla, and Bajaj insurance HUL. Companies are expected to offer internships in marketing and sales, finance, operations, and business analytics. They offer internships in Delhi.Chandigarh etc.
Placement Experience
After second semester students are eligible for placements Aditya Birla,Bajaj insurance,HUL and UAS, Microsoft and Delloite are expected to come. As it is the first batch in digital marketing in CU we are expecting a package of 700000. Microsoft and Delloite are the companies that are expected to come. I am planning to go for SEO as it is highly paid. Profiles like marketing manager, SEO and performance marketing manager are expected to be offered.
Fees and Financial Aid
Next year the fees are expected to increase. This year it was 108000. But a good score in CUCET can get a good scholarship. If you score 80/100 then you get a 50 % scholarship which makes it affordable for students.
Campus Life
CU fest is held in the month of March. The classrooms are big as the infrastructure is unmatchable. There are separate clubs for sports, event management, literary activities, etc. There is a separate sports complex and separate grounds for different sports like Badminton, Basketball Tennis, etc.
Admission
Minimum 30/ 100 is required in CUCET entrance test.Application fees is 1000.We can apply through website of Chandigarh University.Standard of CUCET should be improved and exam level should set harder every year
