Course Curriculum Overview

I chose B.Tech because I always wanted to be a software engineer. Writing code and making the computer do what you want feels like a superpower. The faculty at the college is good. Some teachers take their work very seriously, work hard to clear the doubts of students, and are very supportive overall. However, some of the teachers are simply not up to the mark. The exams are usually organized at the correct period. Exams are usually straightforward forward and one can easily score good marks if they take one studies seriously.

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 74360 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are good enough. A lot of companies come around every year to hire students. Students are also placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, cognizant, Accenture etc. The package is good enough for a fresher. Around 70% students get placed every year from different courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are decided by Aktu University for counseling students. There are scholarship schemes available and it is usually immersed at the right time. The fees don't get hiked too much and it is a good amount for students.

Campus Life

An annual fest named Parampara is organized every year. One of the best times during the year, we enjoy ourselves a lot for 3 days. A lot of activities are organized. The library is pretty good with lots of books related to the courses. The lack of something other than the course books is definitely missed. Zonal sports are organized every year although there is a need for proper coaching and support for the students who participate in the sports event.

Admission

I took admission through counselling. The cutoff for Bachelor of technology in computer science was around 100 marks in UPTU. I didn't avail any benefits of reservation. The online counseling process should be improved. There is a lot of ambiguous elements when selecting desired college and courses. Also the reservation criteria for seats is not clear at all.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the college is good and affordable fees for all

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges

There are two modes of admission Direct and through counselling. Counselling gives you some fee reduction that's all. Reserved categories get guaranteed scholarship. After intermediate you are eligible to join the course. Some join the course only for degree. Eligibility criteria for taking admission in this college, one must have at least 60% marks in 12th. It is the basic criteria for admission. This college is affiliated to AKTU Lucknow. It accepts students coming through CUET entrance test as well as direct admission (Management Quota).
