Course Curriculum Overview

I pursued this course because I want to become an account or go into a financial department or digital marketing. The faculty members of my colleagues were so supportive and helpful. All the faculty was well educated. There were 2 semesters in 1 year and 4 internal papers. Average marks are required to pass on all subjects.

Class Size: 600Course Fees: INR 89600 per year

Placement Experience

From 5-6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. The company visited wipro, banking sectors, digital marketing, etc. average package goes to 3-6 lakhs. 85 per cent of students get placements. My plans after getting the degree are to move on in life and become an accountant or go into the financial department.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was 90000 for every year. Placements required in my college are 3-6 lakhs an average package. Jobs offers like wipro, banking sectors, financing departments, digital marketing, government sectors and many others.

Campus Life

Fest was going to be conducted after 2 months I guess in March. The college provides books to all students from the library. Students can issue the books by informing the faculty. The classroom was well maintained. Sports activities are held regularly on daily basis.

Admission

The admission process is too vast. First, u have to give an ipu paper which is affiliated with guru gobind singh university. All the forms and application fees were on the ipu site. After that marks scores are Uploaded on the site. Then there is a counselling round in which student can fill their preferences or choice for college.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

It's a great college for quality education. The most important aspect is that the Professors are very supportive not only in academics but in co-curricular activities as well. If the students are looking for low fees in college but with no compromise in education, it is the best choice.
