Course Curriculum Overview

I choose PGDM IB because it is a well-known Course and running for past15 few years. The Course Curriculum is well structured, Teachers are very helpful and friendly. Almost every faculty has done PhD in their respective fields from IITs or IIMs. There are Two Exams in Each Trimester Midterm and End Term.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 850000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Students get an opportunity to do a 2-month compulsory internship after the end of 1st year. Top reputed companies come to college to provide internship opportunities with handsome stipends like Asian paints, Deloitte, GEP, Wipro, Adani, Reliance

Placement Experience

For the Academic year 2022-2023, Fore School of Management has published its interim placement report. According to this report, 80% of the batch got placed till December 2022. The average package is around 15 lakhs and the highest was around 23 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Academic fee was Around 17 lakhs which include one IIP foreign 1-week Program. Financial assistance is also provided to Needy students and Scholarships are also provided to Ladakh, and North Eastern states. The Placement is 100% provided unless you don't want to sit for campus placements.

Campus Life

Life is pretty good. We have over Cultural fest, Every month there are some events. The infrastructure is top-notched. All classes are equipped with modern facilities like a smart board, and mics. The campus is filled with greenery.

Admission

The Admission Process comprised of Personal Interview, a Business Awareness Quiz, and an Extempore. The Process was smooth. The Cat Cut off for PGDM IB was 79 Percentile. The application form contains some questions from previous study background and also some basic questions like Why Fore? Why Mba?

Interview Experience

There was Extempore. No Group discussions were there. The questions asked were pretty basic and one must have knowledge of current affairs and business-related news. For the quiz and Extempore, I watched some youtube videos related to current affairs.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Truth about jims kalkaji

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package
