Course Curriculum Overview
•As with the growing technology it's a must to skill up and be technically active for survival. Moreover, I have a lot of interest in Artificial intelligence and Machine learning so that's the reason I opted for it. Even it's the most growing and demanding branch in the current market. •Faculty student ratio is all good it's like 1 faculty for 120 students, moreover, they have lab faculty besides this. •90-95% of facilities are Ph.D. Holders, so they have great knowledge and teaching experience in their respective fields. •However, it's a private institute to maintain its decorum and makes its students well organized they took a lot of exams such as Pre-CT, CT1, CT2, PUE, and lastly University exam that's all for 1 semester, it repeats in all the semester but it's not much difficult to pass these because most of the questions and concepts are already explained in the class.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, and many more companies are here which provide internships to eligible students with a decent stipend. Projects are of different kinds of software, like apps, websites, graphic designing, etc which would sparkle on your resume.
Placement Experience
After the 5th-semester companies start to come to the college for placement offers which goes to the 7th and 8th semesters. •Companies like Microsoft, Capgemini, jsw, cognizant, and a hundred more. •Highest package goes over 40lpa and the lowest is approx 5lpa, the profiles are majorly software engineers but now also the data analytics and management profiles are picked. •About 80 to 85% are placed. •I would also go for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
•Fee for 1st year is around Rs.1.20 lacs with an increase of around Rs.2000 per year. •UP scholarship and some govt. Scholarships could be availed by students and college also provides some rewards or money to the toppers. If you are from CS related department you can get the least package of 4.5lpa and further depending on your skill. The average CTC for cs students gets to 7 to 8 LPA.
Campus Life
If you are a hosteller you are going to have great enjoyment on campus as after classes you can play a variety of games and there are approximately 30+ clubs where you can enjoy the company of your mates. •It conducts EPOQUE twice a year where high-profile celebrities or singers come and this fest goes for 3 days. They have also some tech fests like INNOTECH. •They have a huge library having a lot of books from programming to aptitude. •Some reputed clubs are like Innogeeks, Kiet koders Korner, DSC
Admission
To get admission in the B.Tech course of KIET Group of Institutions you must be 12th passed with PCM stream. Now here goes 2 ways for admission first one is through jee main rank and the other one is direct admission which is based on 12th percentile merit. For direct admission, you should check out KIET's official website where they provide admission forms. And for counseling enroll in upsee counseling with jee main rank which cost around Rs.1000 for registration and after seat allotment you have to pay Rs.20000 for seat confirmation. Then after seat allotment, you would be provided with the college reporting date and time provided by upsee itself.
