Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen mechanical engineering because I am passionate about it and very interesting course in college. The faculty is very experienced and very good at teaching. The exams are somewhat difficult to pass.

Class Size: 59Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The companies offer internships like jsw Wipro etc with good stipend students can also do their own internships preferred by them. The students have to do two projects minor and major and the teachers guide us.

Placement Experience

In our college, the placements are very good from top companies like Wipro TCS jsw Mindtree Amazon Accenture etc and many other companies. My plans after getting the degree are to get a core job or try the gate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the tuition fees is a bit more but the education is very good. Scholarships are offered like ebc and college placements are offered to everyone with good packages. And internships are also given to students with stipends.

Campus Life

Every year we have many numbers of events and fest in our college. The central library is available for everyone and many books and journals are available to everyone. They are many clubs like dance and arts. And also the photography club.

Admission

The application process is very easy and it's a very good College reservation that is available for backward castes and also who got good ranks in the entrance test. All applications are very easy and all are available in the office.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.

the main reason for me to choose this college is that it is nearer to my house comparing my college on different parameters which I applied for are distance to travel and it seems the best in my town the reason why I was unable to make it into top most of the colleges is that I haven't studied up to the mark the admission process is simple you must have to qualify ts eamcet and then apply for counseling then cross-check with the previous years rankings relevant to the college and apply to the course.
