Remarks

Shri Eshwar College of Engineering has been one of the pioneering colleges in the field of engineering and has been offering a lot of facilities and resources to all its students of the institute. They have appointed a team of faculties who have a great experience in the industry and provides the quality education to all the students.

Entrance Preview

The college offered me admission seat when I applied through merit. I applied using the application form available on the college website and the college gave us all the updates and notifications about the ongoing process through the college website itself. All the updates were made available online timely so that the students do not have to wait a lot before knowing their results.

Hostel Facilities

College has provided the hostel facilities just for girls since they require it the most. The hostels are very secure and proper security features are installed in the hostel campus. No one is allowed to leave the campus after 7pm and proper attendance is maintained on a regular basis. Food facility is also good.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students of the college helped me through a lot of difficult times. They helped me understand the projects in detail and used to discuss about it in detail with me. Getting admission in the college is different but surviving in the college is a lot different experience. Without the seniors supporting me, it would have been very difficult for me.

As the senior students were helpful, the faculty of the college were also very helpful. They used to give all the students a chance to prove their skills and then help all the individuals to improve on their weaknesses. They always told us that it is very essential to understand the industry and improve your shortcomings as soon as possible.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

Life in sri eshwar

I applied through TNEA process and i was not planning at first to join this college. I prefered Rajalakshmi institute of technology, Sri krishna engineering and so on. I filled the choice list on the basis of my preference with sri eshwar on top because i thought i cant opt for better one later. This course which i selected was my 6th choice , so i didnt opt for upward movement and immediately joined here. I prefered rajalakshmi because it is in chennai and the placements are comparitively good. Same for sri krishna. The admission process is simple, we need be selected either by TNEA or management catogery , submit our original documents and pay the fees including transport or hostel fees. THis college was been choosed on seeing the you tube channel . The person personally increased the weight of the college. My mom choose this by his influence. He said about the placements. Further many people joined in the basis of same my thought. As coimbatire is located near to my hometown , this is another reason. THis college is located at the end of coimbatore on reaching to pollachi. THis is literally one of the most disappointing. It hardly taks o long to reach. Nice college With good placements

In my POV I preferred studies and the placements which are quite good in this college comparing others. Also, the average salary is above the other college's average package.
