Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science is the current trending course across the world. As everything nowadays is directly or indirectly related to software. In a class For Every 22 students, we have a mentor to guide us. The total strength of the class is 66. Every faculty is having a PhD or currently doing a PhD and they are very good at teaching. For a sem we have 2 mid-term exams and 1-semester exam. The difficulty of the exams would be 7/10.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 131000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Around 30-35 companies offer internships before the FTE with an average stipend of 40k/year. We have done a summer internship project which is a weather forecast application developed using modern stack technology. And currently working on our mi Minor project.

Placement Experience

From their 2nd year 2nd semester, all the students are eligible for attending the placements. Many companies like jpmc, oracle, TCS, Amazon, cognizant, ncr etc. Last year around 1200 students got placed in the campus placement. 7 lakhs per year are the highest package and the average package is around 7-8 lakhs The percentage of students getting placements is above 7.5 cgpa. Fees and Financial Aid

The academic year fee in our college is 131000/year. The scholarship will be provided by the Telangana government based on the merit rank student gets. I got an internship offer from an MNC in my 2nd year with a stipend of 70000/month.

Campus Life

Every year we have 2 fests. 1) technical fest and 2) annual fest. We have a huge Library with all the resources including e-library and book renting. Every year sports will be conducted in collaboration with different colleges across Hyderabad. We have CSI, NSS, ACM, dance club, singing club and drama club etc.

Admission

I got into vnr college through ecet entrance exam. Which will be conducted for students graduating with diplomas. After announcing the results, all the application-related details will be posted on ts ecet official website. All the details related to reservations are mentioned on the same website. No improvements are needed. The current process is simple and understandable to everyone.

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
