Remarks

Life in this college is very fascinating and challenging, you will enjoy each and every moment here and these moments will add up your personality. This college has a lot to offer, it is only up to you that what you grab. Infrastructure is as par with other colleges but when it comes to resources needed, Student Body Committee manage to arrange.

Entrance Preview

Its one of the best college in India and have very high quality education system. Very generous and helpful environment of study.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, companies from various branches coming for placements also offer internships. Stipend depends on company to company. I just wanted to say that never look for stipend always go for experience.

Placement Experience

Yes, placement opportunities are more here. Corporate Exposure is something which every student aspire for and we get it through Guest Lectures and other sessions. We usually have these sessions fixed in every week. The peer group and the activities we have inside the campus are very interesting and learning.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.
