Remarks
A separate Alumni cell is present, where good college passed out students come and give a talk about their experience. Yes, they are really helpful for a guy who needs support from others to get him encouraged.Sports is also given equal preference. A good number of grounds and courts are there for one who plays a lot.
Entrance Preview
I took CMAT entrance examination which is conducted for this course . I scored a good rank in overall. Amritsar college of engineering and technology is one of the pioneer college in India. it is the first fully residential university in India.i will recommend this college to every student.
Placement Experience
college has a creditable record of placement of its final year students and graduates. A good number of final year students plan to go for higher studies in India or abroad or turn entrepreneurs.As per recent trends about 80% of eligible final year students who seek a placement, are placed with reputed organizations at the initiative of the ACET prior to their leaving the campus.
Campus Life
ACET believes in the concept of "UNITY IN DIVERSITY". There is no gender discrimination made in any field.Lots of competition s on Robotics etc are organised by the management through out the year. And there are lots of sports available with lots of competitions taking place in each semester
Faculty
The faculty of first year students is up to the mark because we have basic subjects like chemistry, business management and mathematics which we already had studied. The subjects in first year is good. When it comes to second year and later, Aerospace is very interesting, as I have heard from a senior.
