Remarks
I have discuss this previously that the college is best in UPTU if discussed about student quality but not in placements as far as possible. The main drawbag about college is that they does not take proper about personality development of student.
Entrance Preview
Appeared for IIT JEE,UPTU but not qualified IIT jee examination ,but got 7301 rank in UPTU entrance examination,I got KIET in second counselling conducted by UPTU with civil stream.
Course Curriculum Overview
I can assure you that the faculty in KIET far better than other UPTU private college.as far as course and curriculum is concerned are of best quality at that level.
Internships Opportunities
There was not much focus of college management for internship for student ,I did not get internship through college got self and also those got through the college in my stream they did not get any stipend
Placement Experience
Stream other than IT and CS most of the student did not get placed in any company most of the placement was for CS and IT student allmost 100% and in other stream is approx 20%.
College Events
Lot of technical, cultural management festivals were happened like robotics, quiz, singing and dancing competition at depart, college and university level. There were so much fest that one can not participate in all.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure in my college was less than other college in uptu the fee structure is as follows 98000 approx first year including caution money and Books charges and 83000 for second, third and fourth year.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know much about the scholarships provided by college I only know about scheme may called as scholarship is given the students if got place university ranking their fee is reimburse d to them.
Campus Life
There were approx 25 % girls in the college in B.tech course. The parties were dominated by focused students. I think there is not any kind sexual, religion or gender discrimination in the college. I think the economically and commucationally weak students did not get proper chance to explore their personality due to lack of good college management.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility was above average the average rating is due to fooding as the food provided in the hostel was average except that the other facility were more than good at reasonable cost hostel room and light facility is also good.
Alumni/Alumna
My seniors are in better position right now. There are very few seniors that I am in contact with but are in contact by any mean are now most of them are in PSU company at raputated position.
Exam Structure
The were 3 test of all subject at college level before the main university exam in each semester or you can say the exams were really frequent the cobine effect of lab and class were hectic hence less effort in lab was noticed.
