I applied for KIIT in Orissa but was rejected the offer because of private college and was far and costly. I appeared for UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University exam) and cleared the exam and was invited for the counseling process. One needs to deposit 20,000 for counseling and seat locking and later considered as your college fee if admitted either refunded back. You have to fill the college-wise branch of your choice as per your preference and you get college as per your rank.I was a general candidate so no quota applied. You must least 50% marks in 12th and PCM/B as main subjects and no such age limit for the counseling process. After counseling, you need to reach the allotted college within a specified period along with your all original docs.
