What Students Say

Likes

Teachers are very cooperative and Friendly.
In case of any emergency you can give assignment instead Periodic Test.
Good Culture and Anti Ragging Campus which helps students live and learn peacefully.

Dislikes

There is no availability of Hostel and Canteen in the Campus.
There is no fixed Time Table for Periodic Test and Final exams.
Results does not get declared on time. Teachers play favouritism.

I choose this course because I like construction and drawing work. The Curriculum is not fit for today's world for placement. The Curriculum can be changed so as to provide practical knowledge about the projects that are happening around us.

Fees and Financial Aid

All Branches (Civil, Mechanical,CSE, Electrical,ECE) Fee Structure 1st Year - 43000 2nd Year - 35000 3rd Year - 35000 4th Year - 35000 The Fee may have increased. Scholarship is only that which is provided by the government. Scholarship amount by the government for this fee Structure:- General/O.B.C = 53300 (1st Time), 56600 (Renewal) SC/ST = 82000 Approx. (All 4 years).

Campus Life

There is no fixed Time or system about the annual and technical festivals. Maybe they won't happen in a year or happen twice a month. There is very limited amount of books are available in the library. Old and non-reliable faculty who have outdated knowledge.

Admission

I choose this because I don't want to waste 1 year of my life for in taking a drop So I can get a graduate degree on time. Because I want to make my career in early age of my life. You can get admission in this college by counselling or by direct admission.

Faculty-to-Student Ratio= 1:12 Teachers are very cooperative and supportive but they do favouritism. Faculty I liked= Er.S.M.Sharma (They don't play favouritism.) Faculty I don't like= Rest of Them(They play favouritism.) There are total 4 exams in a semester:- Periodic Tests = 3 Final Exam = 1 Exam are moderate difficulty.

IET Agra Review

I applied for KIIT in Orissa but was rejected the offer because of private college and was far and costly. I appeared for UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University exam) and cleared the exam and was invited for the counseling process. One needs to deposit 20,000 for counseling and seat locking and later considered as your college fee if admitted either refunded back. You have to fill the college-wise branch of your choice as per your preference and you get college as per your rank.I was a general candidate so no quota applied. You must least 50% marks in 12th and PCM/B as main subjects and no such age limit for the counseling process. After counseling, you need to reach the allotted college within a specified period along with your all original docs. Once you reach college,there will be a room where admission is going just go to your concerned branch mentor they will tell you what to fill in the given form by college and make an affidavit if any required and deposited rest of 1st sem fee remaining after 20,000....Read More
