Remarks

To get admission to MBBS you have to clear the NEET entrance examination. Application forms for NEET are available on the official website of the National Testing Agency fee is around 1500. There is a 27% reservation for SC/ST candidates and 10% for OBC candidates.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I really wanna serve people by providing them with good health care. There are 250 students in my batch and around 10-15 professors for every subject. All the faculty members are MBBS MDs and super specialists. The teaching method is basically theory classes in lecture theater then practicals and postings in various departments. Term exams take around 1 month and are easy to pass.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

College offers internships for every student and also you can do your internship in any other govt medical College of Haryana depending on your interest. The stipend for an internship in Haryana is around 17000 rs per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a bond policy in Haryana according to which you have to work under the Haryana govt for 5 years otherwise you have to pay 30 lakh rupees. Tuition fees are 80000 and taken in a single payment at the start of prof.

Campus Life

The annual fest pgims is ARMSCON which is a very big fest in which medical students from all over Haryana take part. It's usually conducted between October and November. There is a very big sports complex in which you can take part according to your interest.

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

I applied to all the government medical colleges of Haryana, chose this college because of the high reputation, abundant opd and decades old legacy! It is undisputed that pgims is the best college of haryana , however one can choose newer colleges for better infrastructure.
