You can get admission to this college by cracking the NEET examination which someone could take after completing class 12 in biology. To get admission to this college person in the unreserved category should get an All India Rank under 2000.

Course Curriculum Overview

The total duration of the MBBS course is 5.5 years. Faculty in college is well educated and trained for students in fact college has very good faculty in comparison to many medical colleges all over India. The teaching method is a bit old-fashioned but great

Internships Opportunities

The internship is provided within the college by the government in PGI hospital as it is a government hospital. At this time stipend of a student is 17000 per month which is raised almost after 2 or 3 years by 1-2k.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees for one year are around 43000 rupees only which is much less than other medical colleges in India. But recently there were fees hikes now the fee is 80000 annually. Students with minority castes can get scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life is normal. Every year there is a medical conference namely ARMSCON which is generally organized during the month of October. Almost all the books are available in the library. Different cultural and sports clubs are present in college

The hostel facility is good. Annual fees for a hostel are only 22000. There are new rooms available. Meal quality is great in a hostel because the mess is a corporate mess that is run by students. Other than this Cantenne is also available

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

I applied to all the government medical colleges of Haryana, chose this college because of the high reputation, abundant opd and decades old legacy! It is undisputed that pgims is the best college of haryana , however one can choose newer colleges for better infrastructure. Admission into the college is based on the neet ug counseling, both state and aiq Neet is the only acceptable exam Cutoff varies yearly, however upto 9k air in state quota and 3k in aiq can get you into this college.
