Remarks

After the 12th students have to apply through the University portal called the chancellor Portal. From there, students have to apply to the college in which stream they want to take admission. After that college will publish its merit lists as per its requirements. Then the selected students have to complete registration through the portal. After that the college will publish the list of students, mentioning when they've to come to college to pay the admission fee. The payable amount fee is the same for all, however, there is a scholarship program for ST, SC, and OBC students in the University.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It was pre-planned for me what'll I choose after the 12th. There's no particular reason why I choose Phy Hons. As I can say that in 12th physics was closer to me and I think I am pretty good at that so that I choose it. This college is best for all subjects, but I can say in Jamshedpur it is best for physics Hons. There are regular lectures and practical labs in which we can do experiments related to our study program. In honors, there are 6semesters with each year including two semesters.

Internships Opportunities

3

I don't know many things about internships perhaps some companies have arrived here with their internships program. Sometimes they choose students as per their criteria. I've no idea about the stipend for internships.

Placement Experience

3

I think after 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. From my memory companies like Vedanta and Tata have visited here. I have no idea about the recurring percentages of placements. Currently, I've no idea what'll I do after the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

As per the study program of the college, fees are not so much as compared to other. Simply it is an affordable fee. There is post matriculation scholarship in which students get 3 times a scholarship in 3 years according to their bonafide.

Campus Life

5

There are many annual fest organizers in our college, like retract, kcc spark, and the physics club. A fest like the annual cultural program, quiz competition, debate and writing drawing, blood donation Camp, and many more are conducted in here. Yeah, there's a library also where students can get their required books at a minimum cost, which is included with the admission fees. Extracurricular activities like yoga and cleanliness drive blood donation Camp are organized here. In sports outdoor games like crazy, football, volleyball, we've our college team and yeah we've many indoor games teams also. Social group like the retract club of Jamshedpur is run by our college students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very fond of mathematics in my intermediate times that's why I chose to do my graduation from BSC Maths Honours. But I chose the wrong college for doing so, which overall ruined my life. After coming to this college, I lost my interest in studies and this is the only thing I gained from this college. So, I would recommend everybody to stay away from this college.

Actually biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program where we have to learn mostly the practical skills but there is no such equipment for doing a decent type of research work as they are not in a working condition. So first it has to be corrected and new equipment should have to buy for a making a good laboratory.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.
