You can find all the application forms on the website amucontrollerexam the average fee per application is around 500 rs and the application form will come out in April. Yes there is only a written entrance exam but I think a Personal interview should also be taken for admission so that the students will learn how to speak and interact properly which helps in personality development

I chose this course which is a diploma in mechanical engineering because I want to be an engineer and I have a keen interest in automobiles and machines so I have chosen this course There is a total of 120 students divided into two sections in mechanical engineering and there are around 40 teachers including a lab assistant Most teachers have done Ph.D. in their respective fields and they have good teaching methods but there is a gap between students and teachers to interact each other which makes it hard for some students to deal with their problems The examination is of the good level you have to know the basic and to at least pass the exam and if you want to have good grades then you have to cover the whole syllabus that is each topic very sincerely

There are many companies that provide internship opportunities to students and mostly engineering student gets a lot of internship opportunities including some which give a good stipend but most internship does not provide a good stipend

The final year student starts getting the placement offer around 60% of student get the placement offer but the average annual package is quite low around 5 or 6 lakh per year and some get good like 20,25 lakh per year so we can say that the placement is overall not bad but also not so good

I think as compared to other institutes Aligarh Muslim University is providing a low fee structure so that everyone can afford It is around 40000 to 50000 rs for 3 years of diploma engineering which is generally the fee of single year in other universities And you also got nsp or Uttar Pradesh scholarship which helps in getting financial stability

The overall environment of the university is so good and silent that you can do many curricular activities and the university provide many extracurricular activities like there as a cultural educational center for acting, singing, drama, etc And Maulana Azam library one of the biggest in Asia has all the books which a student of any course needs

The hostel facility is good but in the first year it is difficult to get a room in starting month you have to stay outside for couple of the month until you get a room in the hostel which is a measure problem related to hostel Life The hostel fees are around 4000 rs excluding dining fees which is quite affordable
