Remarks

There are few thinks for improvement in good college. I never felt any measure need of improvement. But this is good college. I never felt any measure need of improvement. But if asked then, there should any kind of fine for absent.

GET. I opted this college because it is near to my house. No, I didn't fill any application form except entrance test form. Admission Process was easy.

Tech Fest, there are many fests but i just remember the name of one. Yes, all fests are useful to develop the personality and skills.

Fees structure 13000/- Rs per semester but it is for general students. Fees is depends on cast or category. Yes, it is affordable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are depends on marks minimum marks are 75% to get scholarship. I got 82% in which i was rewarded with 100% scholarship.

Mess facilities, events and fests and faculties.

Hostel Facilities

I don't know about hostel but i heard from hostel students that hostels are good and mess is also good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Placement Experience:

Placements of this college is better than many tier 2 NITs . Students are eligible for placement in 8th semester. If we talk about the top companies visiting PEC, these are Apple, Google, Microsoft, American Express, McKinsey, JP Morgan etc.

from 5 semester you become eligible for internship and pre placements i think 56 percent of the students get placed i haven't thought much about what i need to do after the degree but definitely i would be considering gaining some experience in this degree to enhance my skills

Placement Experience:

For 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements 60% of students are placed. I am placed in college duniya . In my college the highest package is 50 lakhs and average is 10 lakh. After degree i am planning to join corporate and get experinece in company.

PEC from a student's lens

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are overall decent. Some students usually the top 10 percenrt students get high packages north of 15 lakhs and some even get 35-70 lakhs. but this number is very small and most students get around 4-10 lpa. around 60 to 70 percent students get placed combining on and off campus placements.

Ground Reality

Course Curriculum Overview:

The whole curriculum focuses on the cramming power, not on the practical knowledge. Students have to do the tech stack on their own for the placements. Students must do the internship so that he/she will gain some practical knowledge and a chance to gain hands-on experience.

The placement at uiet chandgarh is quite decent and steadily improving , especially in core branches . Students become eligile for in campus placements from 7th semester . Some big companies also comes for placement like infosys , wipro ,tcs,accenture , ibm.

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college
