For internships, look for off campus. Only 2-3 companies come on campus for internships that too for CSE. They look for basic coding skills and subject knowledge. If you are into software engineering find like-minded people, join the coding club, stay active on linked in, upskill, and practice coding.

You can sit for campus placement last year. You will be notified about drives through official college mail. You can check the IET Lucknow Placement cell's page on LinkedIn. That page has all info about placements, companies and CTC. Although if you become a well-experienced coder, you should look for off campus

There hasn't been a fee hike since 2019. I would say the cost is very much fine. If we see the ROI, you are very much likely to get a job offer of more than 5LPA and all in all you spend almost 4-5 lakh in 4 years so I would say this is very cost effective. You can avail UP's scholarship for poor people.

Every branch holds its own mini-fest, then there are fests by AKTU whose finals take place in IET. We hold TEDx as well. The library is open from 8 am to 8 pm You can find books on all engineering subjects and even for GATE, Management, Economics, Maths English and more. There are clubs for all activities. girls' hostels are very good compared to other engineering colleges. Boys' hostels are crowded due to the huge number of boys. The menu is decided by a committee you can raise the issue if you dont like it. Food is okayish, not too bad but not like Tier 1 or private colleges.
