Experienced review of SVIT

The admission process starts in the month of May but now due to COVID admission has started late in the month of August. Cet, comedk and management are 3 quotas for admission. There are no reservations in our college.

Our college follows the VTU syllabus and all the exams are conducted according to vtu timetable. Faculties experienced up to 20 years of teaching. All the facilities have a PhD. Exams are conducted every 4 months. In between, we have internal exams every month.

College provides many paid internships at IISc, BEL and many more companies. The majority of the roles are web developer and research intern. L2M is one of the companies offering internships for students at our college campus.

Currently, the number of companies coming to the campus for hiring is less. Placements start from the 7th semester. A minimum of 7 cgpa should be there to be eligible for placements for most companies. The highest package is 11lakhs per annum. The average package is 3 lakhs per annum. Almost 90% get placed on the campus.

This college's fee structure is significantly less compared to other colleges. It is around 1lakh per year and can vary from one branch to another. There is no financial assistance for students. In the final year, students can join internships provided by the college to get a stipend.

This college has poor infrastructure and a tiny campus but it has a green and it is eco-friendly campus which is ideal for a student. Classrooms are spacious enough with cleanliness. IEEE club and Rotaract club are there in our college.
