Remarks

Reservation for OBC and Others below the cast. I qualified UPSEE exam to get admission but now the college is accepting admission through jee mains scores. The cutoff is very high so anyone gets admission easily. But you have to work hard in college to maintain good academics and for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had an interest in the subject of electronics and communication engineering so I opted for this subject. ECE branch is tougher than other subjects and it is quite hard for students in our college but if you work hard and be honest with your studies then it becomes easy.

Placement Experience

The campus placements are very average and you can also say below average but for some exceptional students, it is ok. Off-campus placements can be a good option for brilliant students so you will have to work really hard for that.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees have increased as compared to the time when I took admission. And yearly fees are taken for both semesters. The scholarship is available for students through an online portal. Job is dependent on how well you prepare.

The campus is really good, but there are a lot of restrictions on campus. There are many clubs and other extracurricular activities on campus. We have a big stadium but it is also restricted because of students in the physical department, but it is good.

Life of college of DELHI NCR

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Strict and sober college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

My personal college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .

Our curriculum gets better from this year as so many changes occur due to college become autonomous Like a better coding platform bought by college for student i.e. CODETANTRA and some subjects of 2nd year introduced in the 1st year like COLD and DSTL , Promoting students to participate in Hackathon by mailing to the students about each and every big or small hackathon . Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .

I choose this collge over other college because firstly I belong to this city and this is a only government College in my Kanpur city which provied a quality of education. I didn't applied any other Colleges so I didn't get rejected from any other Colleges. The admission process of this college is very simpler first fill the university admission form that is 300 fees and then fill all the other information in smarth portal that is generalised database of so many colleges then the faculty and the college coordinators will approve your admission and sent you a email to come over college and give the writen paper and an interview and then you will enter in your college and admission granted.
