Remarks

You must belong to science background with maths subject in 12th board. I guess 60% in 12th board is enough to be eligible for cet. Application form can be found at CV Raman global University official website. One can also get admission with valid jee mains score through ojee counseling.

Course Curriculum Overview

Per year there are 2 semesters, 1 semester is almost 4-5 months long. In a semester there is a mid sem and end sem. The gap between mode sem and end sem is almost 2 months. Exams are not that much difficult. Mid sems are quite easy but end sems are lengthy but not tough.... Only teacher's notes are enough to score descent marks.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become elig6fir campus placements. Cisco, Amazon, TCS, mindtree, Wipro, etc and many more companies visit our college every year... Highest package offered is 45lpa offcampus by Amazon, and lowest is 3.5lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is something I don't like about this college, though it is one of the most affordable college in odisha not like KIIT and iter, but their facilities and freedom are also at next level. Also they are increasing course fees as well as hostel fees every year by 10k, and personally I don't know where it used.

Campus Life

Annual fest called Celegance is celebrated every year. The Library is quite big and contains large amount of books of different genres, more than enough for study purpose Classrooms are well furnished and the labs are well equipped and AC is also available. A huge and professional cricket ground is available, where cricket and athletic sports are played. A big football ground is also there but not maintained... Volleyball and basketball courts are also available. Difference social clubs are present like Dexters (dance club) Anubhuti dramatic club and anyone can participate.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are quite good and cleanliness is maintained. 2 beds, 3 beds and single bed rooms are Available also with optional ac facility. Meal quality are average. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided at mess. Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday non veg option is available. Registration for hostel is done during admission process... For some it is affordable and for some it s not. One can live near backgate of college and even at front gate... Rents are quite low and affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 92000 per year

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. An Honest Look at Life and Learning at CV Raman Global University

I chose CV Raman Global University over some other colleges I applied to mainly because it offered my preferred course with reasonable fees, decent infrastructure and an acceptable placement record. I had also applied to a few government and well-known private colleges, but I could not secure admission there due to higher cutoffs, strong competition and rank limitations in entrance exams. Compared to those colleges, CVRGU provided quicker confirmation, flexible admission timelines and a clear course structure, which made the decision easier. The admission process was smooth and student-friendly, based on eligibility criteria like minimum marks in Class 12 for UG courses, and it accepts exams such as JEE Main along with merit-based admissions. Most students prefer JEE Main, though cutoffs are moderate compared to top-tier colleges. Overall, the admission experience was straightforward, with proper guidance from the admission office and minimal complications....Read More

Talking about placements then student will get fair opportunity but the thing is that if your score is less than 60% in 10th or 12th then you were not eligible for the campus drive .
