There are 4 lists. On average, you should have scored more than 80% on the 12th board in order to get into the college. The admission process is online and very easy for the students. You can find the application form on the college website

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was interested in it. The faculty in this college are excellent and student-friendly. The boys-to-girls ratio is around 60:40.The exams were conducted in October and then in march. The exams are easy to pass provided you study well

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are given by the college. But they are very limited. All students don't get internships. Moreover, the stipend is also low around5k p.m.however the internship offered by the colleges are increasing as also the stipend is given.

Placement Experience

After semester 5 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies such as the bank of America, etc come to our college for placements. the highest package offered was 370000 p.a average being 280000

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very reasonable compared to other colleges in Mumbai. For one year the fees are 21000/-. You can get financial assistance from college if you submit an income certificate showing income of not more than 2 lakhs. bank of America, etc come to college for placements

Campus Life

Social life is very cool. Events are happening frequently organised by different clubs of the colleges. We have a separate gymkhana in which we can play various sports. The annual fest Kurukshetra is conducted in the month of December and it is the largest fest organized.

The students are eligible for placements after the fifth semester of their graduation and the companies visiting the college include the big 4 of the industry like delliote, KPMG, ey and PWC. The average salary per year ranges from 6-7LPA and the highest package is around 13LPA a year. 70 percent of the students get placed through the college every year . I personally plan to pursue MBA as my post graduation thats why i will not be opting for college placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

You get direct in-house admission for Bcom if you're a junior college student at dahanukar. The curriculum is enough to prepare us for the exam however outdated it is. The syllabus needs to change the teachers need to be changed and also the management should be updated. The college requires a dynamic approach rather than a slow and less productive one. The exams are conducted semi annually and their difficulty is quiet manageable.

Best teaching staff in Mumbai college

Placement Experience:

About 80 to 90 % of the student got placed in the course. Most of the big companies give internships from top companies. The highest package offered was around 7.2 LPA. The average salary package is around 3.5 LPA. The top companies which offered placement are HDFC bank, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. You get the placement if you got more than 80 % in any course or category. I have planned to do a CA course after completing my degree course.

Those are best days and along with perfect blend of study.

As i finished my 10th. I want to go this college ( m l Dahanukar) also i secured good percentage in my boards i got this college at first list only. I opted for commerce so according to me. And even discussed with my teachers and elders this college is best. As i mentioned earlier our college is just commerce specialised so there is wide scope of courses if I make comparison with other colleges this college is so strict in all way as me and my parents always wanted such college. You should pass the 12th examination. The cutoffs vary every year. You will get an application form on the first floor of the college. Fees also Vary from category to category. I am from the general category. I paid 16000 for the year. Overall college is good. The washrooms are clean....Read More
