Admission occurs through the NEET Entrance exam. After clearing neet you will be eligible for the counseling process and allotment of college and course occur based on the merit list. The cut-off for our college goes around 5k-8k all India ranks neet.

Because I want to become a doctor so I choose this course. The student-to-teacher ratio is around 1:20. And teachers have qualifications from mbbs to S. R TO specialty in different branches like medicine, gynecology, surgery, orthopedics, etc They teach us. Annual exams occur in between there is an internal exam. The annual exams are difficult to pass. U have to study a lot to pass the annual exams.

Internships Opportunities

The role of an intern is to help the doctors in the hospital by giving iv injections, giving stitches, and many more. This internship makes you perfect to do work at PHC, CHC, and various GOVERNMENT hospitals.

Placement Experience

After you have done an internship you can get your degree easily after which u can apply anywhere for a job Or u can work in a hospital attached to your college. U will get 70k to1lakh monthly easily. Around 92-95 easily get a job. My plan is to do post-graduation after this.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fees of college are around 1 lakh. And it increase in the last 2-3 years. previously it was around 60k. The college also provides scholarship to reserved students. And after college, you have to do a mandatory internship for 1 year and the stipend for this is around 17k monthly. After which u get the degree and do the job anywhere and easily get an 80k to 1lakh salary.

Campus Life

The annual fest of the college is ARMSCOON. Which occurs in the month of October. In this various cultural events and workshops occurs. There is a library in which various journals of big. Authors available. The class occurs in lecture theatres which are well-oriented and spacious with full ac. The college has a big playground in which the ground of almost all the sports available with good facilities. like volleyball, cricket, football badminton, basketball, and table tennis. The college runs a Medical service center that provides treatment food and clothes to poor people.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a degree that takes a span of time. MBBS has 4 profs first and 2nd prof is comparatively of short duration than 3rd and 4th prof . Your postings will get start from 2nd year and then you can call yourself as a doctor. Final year have all clinical subjects. Course Curriculum Overview:

New nmc curriculum is quite clinical based and practical also the practicals in different subjects help us to grab the concept even more. Syllabus is quite vast and difficult to cover. Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

Admission:

Kalpana chawla government medical college is a renowned institute in this region. I am doing my MBBS course from this college. I got admission in this college through NEET entrance examination. I applied for NEET exam after completing my 12th. After clearing NEET, I applied with my score in counseling, and got admission in this college by my score. We must have studied Physics, Chemistry and biology in 12th and must have completed 17 years of age.

Admission:

The admission is done purely on the basis of your NEET score. A cutoff is declared after the NEET results are out. A merit list is taken out. Upto 3 merit lists are taken out on regular intervals of 2-3 days during the admission and counseling process. I scored 474 in neet and got admitted to this college.

Remarks:

PGIMS Rohtak as everyone know is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. It is also one of the reputed colleges. It was given an A+ grade. It provides quality education to the students who thought it might be lacking a bit in infrastructure and extracurricular activities.
